WITH DEEP AND
PROFOUND GRATITUDE
As we enter the week of the Thanksgiving
holiday in the United States, I am taking this opportunity to thank each and
every one of you for blessing my life. I am profoundly and deeply grateful for
the way you touch my life and my heart.
I am blessed with work that I
love to do and wonderful people to celebrate life with. This newsletter, and
the opportunity to connect with so many wonderful, amazing people, has blessed
me even more. This month marks the 7th anniversary of this newsletter and I am
in a state of awe and incredible joy.
I want to thank you all for your
wisdom, inspiration, encouragement, sharing with me, and allowing me to
participate in your lives. For all of this and more, thank you.
Thank
you, too, to the incredible woman who makes this all possible - my webperson,
Deb Augur. We've been together on this journey since the very beginning and she
adds her own special touch of love and caring that makes each edition a joy.
More than that, she has become a wonderful friend, almost family, and her
generosity and patience bless my days. I am truly grateful.
And as we
reach this week and approach the holiday seasons ahead, I encourage you all to
be grateful and to express your gratitude to those in your life. Gratitude =
Great Attitude and the demonstrations you see reflected in the world around you
just might amaze you.
It is sometimes easy to slip into the "poor me"
syndrome if your holidays aren't turning out the way you'd hoped they would. We
look around and see others, and begin to judge ourselves.
I encourage
you, instead, to look at what is right, good, wonderful, and blessed in your
world. If you find that difficult, ask that your mind be awakened and that your
vision be restored so that you can see with the eyes of love and truth. Allow
yourself to receive that gift.
As we know, an attitude of gratitude is
an incredibly powerful force in our world. We know from research that it allows
our very DNA to expand and open up to all of our genetic potential. More
important, it creates a dynamic field of attraction for our manifesting,
drawing everything good to us.
I encourage you all to feel and to
express the power of gratitude. Spend 5 minutes every day in gratitude, giving
thanks for everything in your life. As you move through your day, express
gratitude regularly to the Universe and those around you. Go on a Gratitude
walk, focusing on a new thing to be grateful for with every step. Make a list
of 10 people you are grateful for then write them, call them, visit them, or
email them to let them know that you appreciate them and that you are truly
grateful for the difference they have made in your life.
As you focus
on what you have to be grateful for, do not be surprised when you find that
even more of the good things in life come pouring out to you.
Remember, YOU deserve it!!!
To your wealth and
success,

Debbie Friedman
