FROM SURVIVING TO THRIVING

If you've been reading my newsletters for a while or are in touch with what's going on from a global perspective from some other source, what's been happening these past few weeks in the United States economy and political arena may not have been a huge surprise.

Even for those of you who are tapped in, tuned in and grounded, you may have found yourself challenged by the emotions running so high and some of the feelings of terror, anger and victimhood in the air.

Make no mistake, this is a global opportunity to be part of the change that is going on in our world everywhere. The old ways simply won't work anymore and this is the time for the shift into a new paradigm, a new and inspired way of operating in the world.

So, let's get right to it so we can understand how we got here and what we can do about it.

The systematic manipulation of the masses has been essential to what has been going on in our world. We hear it in the phrase "Might makes right". Those who have the power get to determine what's right or wrong for the rest, the strongest will rule. Let's take a look at it more closely.

Subtly, slowly, persistently, consistently we have been conditioned and programmed over time with conventional wisdom that tells us we are small, powerless, helpless, weak, insignificant and not so very bright.

We have had implanted the messages of lack and limitation, that this is all there is, that it's as good as it can get, and that there's nothing we can do about it. Masters of mind control and manipulation, there are those in our world who have filled the mass consciousness with limiting beliefs to keep the people controlled and manageable and to, ultimately, feed their voracious appetites for power and money. To maintain "order" has been their goal. And we have unwittingly participated.

Like a rumor, it all begins by spreading a phrase with a particular belief. Before long it becomes "common" knowledge and accepted fact. The insidious nature of this mind control reveals itself after a while - "they" no longer have to spread rumors to control the masses because the masses are spreading the word and controlling themselves. This is a self-perpetuating system of mind control through the Law of Repetition.

Here are just a few examples to help you get the idea more clearly:

It's not what you know, it's who you know. The message is that who you are doesn't matter, your connections or who you know is what really counts. If you don't know the right people, you're out of luck in life. "Real" power lies outside of your control.

Just do as you're told. The message is that you aren't intelligent enough to make good decisions for yourself and must be told what to do.

Seeing is believing. Now, we all know that what we see is often not real. People pretending to be who they are not, visions that are illusions. And, of course, there's much you cannot see. You can't see a thought, an emotion, love or electricity with the naked human eye. On top of that, the visual spectrum of light for the human eye is very limited - there is much that we are not capable of seeing. As conscious creators, we know that what you believe is what you see reflected in the world around you.

Money is power. The message is if you don't have money, you don't have any power. It also stimulates the desire to acquire, so most people have found themselves constantly chasing the dream instead of living it.

Children are to be seen and not heard. The message is you don't have anything important to say and what you say doesn't matter anyway. And as you are silenced, you can be ignored because you become invisible.

Judge a book by its cover. The phrase we repeat is "Don't judge a book by its cover", however, in practice the human mind ignores the word "don't" and, so, we have been taught to judge based on what people, places or things appear to be. This message keeps us separate and tells us that who we are inside doesn't really count. The focus is on the outer world of appearances and brings the idea of discriminating, looking for what's different, home.

The rich get richer and the poor get poorer. Money doesn't buy happiness. Money doesn't grow on trees. Money is the root of all evil. Nothing is certain but death and taxes. The rat race. And the messages that have become our unconscious operating system go on….

In the name of Family, Justice, Truth, Honor, love, God, Country, Tradition and loyalty we have been asked to ignore, deny or pretend that abuses of power, the unacceptable and unimaginable have been taking place. We have been conditioned to believe that greed is a necessary evil, that "haves" and "have nots" are simply the way of the world.

So many have been trained to place their faith in the almighty Dollar, instead of placing their faith in the Almighty - the Universe, Source, God, Allah, Buddha, or whatever you call your connection to a Higher Power, the Divine. Many have been disconnected from their spiritual essence, their core. While we acknowledge and talk about the mind, body, spirit connection, far too many have forgotten their spirit as they have had to focus on merely surviving, getting enough to get by on in life.

So, as the words of recession, fear, hate, hard times, panic, division, depression and collapse circulate, it's clear that we are being given a choice to move beyond these lower vibrational energies. And we know from experience that when someone vibrates at a lower level, filled with negativity, they become like a great, huge crap magnet.

They can run, hide, pretend, deny and indulge themselves in the habits of gossiping, complaining, criticizing, or anything else that will distract them. They can allow themselves to become paralyzed in fear as a victim, perpetuating the myths that they are small, powerless, insignificant, at the mercy of what they believe to be some greater force.

Many have abdicated their power. More than that, they've been told and become convinced over time that they don't have any. As we're about to find out, that's simply not true.

As we hear the cries for change, it's time to bring the message home and to remember what we came here for.

We are here at this point in time, as a massive evolutionary shift in consciousness is taking place, to actively participate in creating a new future for ourselves and for our planet.

This is OUR time! This is our time not to merely survive but to THRIVE!

We are awakening from the Great Illusion. We are being given the opportunity to remember who we are - that we are dynamic co-creators with the Universe, more powerful than we might have ever imagined. We are experiencing a global correction in the collective consciousness as we move into a new era of freedom, unity, cooperation, partnership, limitless abundance and prosperity, power, courage, compassion, plenty, love, joy, peace, beauty and fulfillment.

As conscious creators, we know there is a different way. It is time to take our power back!

Create a new legacy for your heirs and for the planet. Claim your power as a conscious co-creator, a Divine being of love and light, a richly endowed child of a generous, loving and limitless abundant Universe, with access to all the infinite supply and wealth that is waiting to be delivered to you NOW.

Use the powers that you've had all along to create the life of your dreams, the reality we've been longing to embrace and to experience.

The power of your mind: Turn your mind and attention away from the dramas of the moment with any worry, doubts or fears and focus your thoughts entirely on what you desire. Your mind does not have a sense of humor, does not know true from false or fact from fantasy. All it knows is what you tell it and the creative forces are set into motion with your thoughts. Everything begins with your thoughts. Your thoughts lead to your emotions, your emotions lead to your actions and your actions lead to the results you see reflected in the world around you. As Mike Dooley says, "thoughts become things".

The power of intention: Set your intentions, write them out on paper as if they are already present in your life, and get into the feeling of having, being and doing what you desire. As you vibrate with the feelings of love, prosperity, abundance and health, you are vibrating at a higher level and you become an irresistible magnet for your good.

The power of your words: As Florence Scovel Shinn says, "your word is your wand". Speak only in the most positive and powerful ways. Consciously release any attachments to the "old" belief systems and create the new operating system for your life. Your words are a direct reflection of your beliefs and your direct request to the Universe for what you choose to experience. Choose your words wisely.

The power of choice: Choose everything you think, say and do. Be conscious, stay awake. If you find yourself with a group of people who are indulging themselves, feeding the fear and anger and disillusionments of the moment, choose to leave.

The power of visualization: Create the mental image of what you choose to experience with as much detail as possible. As you focus on your vision, running the mental movie of your life, you are creating a hologram for the quantum field to bring into physical form and experience.

Create a new vision for yourself, our planet and our world. Remember the Maharishi Effect that has scientifically demonstrated the power of the collective consciousness. A group equal to at least the square root of 1% of a population and meditating, focusing, on a common vision has been shown to "reduce crime and accidents, increase stock prices, decrease pollution, decrease unemployment and decrease hostilities between nations".

1% of the current world population of 6.7 billion is 67 million. The square root of 67 million is only 8,185 conscious co-creators required. (These are my calculations, so feel free to check my math!) Join us. Join us now in creating a world that is full of peace, health, love, joy, abundance, sustainability, respect, freedom and plenty for everyone everywhere.

And, so, I leave you with these reminders:

What you expect is what you get.

What you resist persists.

What you focus on expands.

What you choose and give emotional energy to is
what you see reflected in the world around you.

What you believe is what you see.

What you put out into the world comes back to you multiplied.

Everything you think, say and do determines your destiny.

Remember who you are.

You have the power to choose.

Choose powerfully. Choose wisely. Choose generously. Choose gratefully. Choose to experience all of your deepest desires full and fulfilled NOW. Choose a vision for the future that is prosperous, joyful, loving, peaceful, abundant and a blessing for everyone everywhere.

We've come so far and we ALL deserve it!
