ARE YOU CLAIMING YOUR FREEDOM?

As we move beyond the Day of Independence here in the United States, it is a great time to remind ourselves of the idea of Freedom. It is our birthright. It is ours as soon as we embody it in our consciousness.

And this year we are remarkably intuned, in alignment if you will, with what's taking place on the planet. We have just passed through a time of some great shifts in energy and the opening of what some call portals. The Summer Solstice on June 21st which was bringing up to the surface and in your face every kind of old thing that you've been ready to get rid of and release, Mercury in Retrograde from June 15th to July 9th which is often a time of missed communications and also a great time to release anything that doesn't serve you, and several energy surges including July 7th (070707) when a new portal opened up! WHEW!

If you've been feeling exhausted or frustrated or overwhelmed or highly emotional, know that you have not been alone! I encourage every one of you to look at the issues that have been coming up for you that you may have ignored, denied, neglected or put off in the past and simply can't avoid any longer.

We have moved from the 3rd dimension into the 5th dimension of being. This is the time to set yourself FREE to prepare for all the good stuff coming up!

And now this month I'd like to ask you to focus on the ideas of Freedom, Free Will as a conscious human on this planet, and the fact that each and every one of us is Free to CHOOSE what we desire. It is your right and your responsibility.

This is the time to ground ourselves firmly in the consciousness of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. Free from the bondage of the past, free from thoughts of lack and limitation, open to receive all the limitless abundance of the Universe that we choose to create.

Many people grasp onto the idea of manifesting, or conscious creation, as a way of changing the physical environment around them. The truth is, that's just the beginning step. The REAL point here is to make a shift in your consciousness about who you are in the world, a co-creator, an expression of God or Source energy, and as you recognize and claim your power to BE the light of transformation that is a powerful demonstration to the world of our full, rich potential realized.

So, my question to you is this: Are you claiming your Freedom?

We have moved beyond the point where we believe the power of our lives is outside of us somewhere. That's simply a victim mentality that is old and worn out. This is the time to live the truth that the power lies within us. Each and every one of us.

To support you in anchoring this idea, I'm going to ask you to spend some time meditating and reflecting on the following passage from the Manifesting: The Step-by-Step Process For The Secret Of Success CD. (By the way, if you don't have a copy now is a great time to get one by clicking here!)

For those of you who don't know the story, the entire Manifesting CD comes from an unlabeled audiocassette that I found in my office five years ago with my voice speaking passionately for thirty minutes. It was the 9-step process for manifesting that I use in my workshops and a guided experience. The most amazing part, for me, was that I have no memory of recording it and the words certainly are not mine. In honor of however it came to be, the message has remained the same on the recorded CD as on the original audiocassette with only a few minor changes.

Before you begin, though, let me be up front about the God idea. This is a spiritual idea, not a religious one, and if you feel uncomfortable with the God word, choose something else. Good Orderly Direction, Buddha, Source, Light, Higher Self, Spirit, Allah, Universe - whatever suits you best.

The truth is that we are physical, mental, emotional and spiritual beings. Often as we get wrapped up in our material world, it's easy to forget or neglect the spiritual side of our nature. You are NOT your physical body. You are a spiritual being having a human, physical experience.

So, find a comfortable chair or a couch to recline in, allow your body to be fully supported, take several deep breaths to clear your mind and to allow your physical body to relax, and then simply read and focus on the following words

Allow yourself to bask in the beauty of this message. Take it in to every cell and fiber of your being. Recognize the power that you have as a co-creator with Spirit, the Life Force on this planet.

Then, sit with a blank sheet of paper and title it with the words "I Choose". Write out 4 separate sections: Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual to reflect all sides of your nature.

Begin to write out what you choose to experience in the days, weeks, and months ahead, remembering the power of your written word. Always choose with phrases that are powerful, positive, in the present tense, and in the first person.

To get you started, I'll share the writings of a member of our Mentoring Program group with some small changes (and very special thanks from me)…

When you've written out your choices, put them in a place where you will see them often. Read them out loud to yourself several times throughout each day, particularly when you wake up in the morning and just before you go to bed at night.

Move forward in every moment with the faith, the knowing, the certainty that your every desire is already full and fulfilled, that the Universe is a friendly place, and that you are a powerful and divine co-creator, as you embrace your Grand Adventure full of joy, love, peace, prosperity, happiness, health, and Freedom!
