WHAT ARE YOU
WISHING FOR?
I always love learning about new tools that
support us in consciously creating the life we love to live. This one came in a
surprising way.
My granddaughter, Peyton, was staying over night
several weeks ago.
Half the entry closet is for her - filled with toys
and games and puzzles, most on a castle toy chest that's been around for years,
but the supply of delights expands into the shelves above as well.
On
this particular day we had been playing with colored sand and several other
things (yes! My living room was a creative mess!), and she went back to the
closet, looked up and said, "I want to see what's in the plastic box".
Now, the plastic box is filled with small toys I've picked up along the way and
they have all fallen short of the mark so I keep it high on the upper shelf.
What I call the "close but no cigar box" in entertainment for children. Not
exactly winners by previous standards.
Nevertheless, I took the box
down and she began to find new treasures. One in particular caught her eye and
as she read the description and tore open the package, she became completely
absorbed.
It was a small brown Wish jar with some instructions that
I'd like to share with you.
1. Write your wish (it may be only a word)
on a small piece of paper.
2. Fold the paper as small as you can.
3.
Say your wish 3 times as you put it in the jar.
4. Hide the jar with your
wish in it.
5. Now the important part - "forget the wish". The universe is
now doing what it does best, loving and supporting you.
It's a
wonderful technique to connect with the creative forces of the Universe to
manifest what you desire. And all with the simple formula: Choose. Believe.
Receive.
It also reminds me of my God box that I've used for years, a
special box that I use to deposit any person, place or thing that I believe in
the moment is too much to handle on my own. When I need help, I write that
thing on a piece of paper, put it in the box, and then let it go entirely
because God, or the Universe as I've come to call Source, is now taking care of
it for me.
WHEW! What a relief! And best yet, whatever "problem" I'd
imagined I had is always quickly resolved without any further action on my
part.
Now, the truth is Peyton's Wish jar remains hidden somewhere in
my home and I don't know if her wish has come true. Yet. I do
know, based on years of experience, that this technique works when we use it.
So, as a conscious creator I encourage you all to get into that
playful, joyful, child-like state and begin to use your Wish jar today!
Deposit your dreams and desires, your choices for this particular time
in your life. Then let them go and watch how the Universe shows
up to delight and excite you!
May all of your wishes come true as you
allow the Universe to loving support you in creating the life you love to live!
